  The location was quite nice and within 5 minutes I felt relaxed and well cared for. The hotel staff were fine and maid service was excellent. Our room was huge and the mattresses were a significant problem.

  Near the shopping areas/movies/concert hall and just 2 blocks away you can get the electric trolley for 25cents. Santa barbara is gorgeous, price is reasonable and the staff is super friendly and will accomodate your needs. The pool is big and heated and the rooms are clean, tea and Coffee is available all through the day.

  Great walking distance to all shops and good Location. Beautiful place to stay and reasonable rates. Staff were extremely friendly, room was clean and towels were surprisingly nice. The breakfast was complimentary.

  Very near to all the attractions and good hotel. Great for the price and friendly, competent staff. The beds were comfy and the continental breakfast was only a Danish and coffee. The heated pool was nice since got chilly at night.

  The refrigerator in the room was ticking all night long like a stop watch and kept me up, the streets were crowded, towels were dirty.

  Great location to state street shops and restaurants, santa Barbara itself has excellent night life. For the price is good, staff id rather friendly,rooms are clean and the continental breakfast is a bit of a joke, as all that is offered is a basket of muffins. Pool is heated and quiet.

  The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the front desk reps were very kind, the bathroom looked recently refurbished and had more surfaces to put pills. The pool was very nice after a long work day.

  Big rooms, pastries and a few hot drinks, nice pool.

  Its a great price for the money, poor Quality and staff were unaware there was even a second AC in this unit.

  Big beds and the continental breakfast consisted of coffee. Nice heatet pool.

  A little expensive for a budget inn and poor Customer Service. Hard sheets, old towels.
