The room was neat and gorgeous. The bed was comfortable as expected. The location by the airport was perfect. I had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Buffalo Wild Wings. I spent one good day here and will be back.

The staff here were really friendly and the location right by the airport was so convenient. 🌟 I had a great time, the service was top-notch, and the free Wi-Fi all over was a nice bonus. Plus, having a restaurant on-site was a big plus!

There were small roaches in our room and the shower wouldn't drain. So we had to shower in standing water. Very disgusting. We arrived late at night and I wanted to check out the breakfast area so I just walked around to see how it was set up and as soon as I entered the area I saw roaches scattering around the cabinets and counter areas. Needless to say we didn't partake in the complimentary breakfast. I don't think we will be staying at this hotel again. We usually stay at the Residence Inn but decided to give the Ramada a try. I have stayed at other Ramadas' before with much success. Hopefully you can rectify this situation as soon as possible.

Location was close to everything we wanted to do.
AC broken first night. Tech came to room, said he adjusted thermostat and everything should be fine. Sweated the entire night. Moved to another room the next day. Said they would move our things. Got back to new room. Nothing. Had to move our things from one room to another.
