We didnt eat at the hotel but found the staff very friendly and the place was very good value for money.
Located within walking distance from city centre, hotel was very good value for money and staff were very friendly and efficient.
I believe this hotel charges high prices due to it's popularity - Like the Premier Travel Inn, it always seems to be full.
Had ticket scanned by hotel and only had to pay £1.
Clean and is ion a handy location, big parking close to the hotel, the beds are very comfortable.
The location of the hotel is also a huge plus.
Very good location and comfortable and cost effective.
Better option for luton airport than the holiday inn express, taxi service is cheap from the rail station to the hotel and clean and the staff top notch.
Luton doesn't have much to recommend it otherwise, but if you need to overnight there, I suggest staying here rather than one of the hotels next to the airport (which you have to walk to).
During the stay, they gave us a wrong room (Smoking, double bed) despite us requesting a non smoking with two beds.
My twin room was very modern and clean with comfy bed and air conditioning.
A very well-appointed, attractive, clean, spotless, large (Huge by European standards) room, with the most comfortable bed I had during my stay in Europe - A great night's rest.
The room was good and the bed was 6ft and very comfortable.
We stayed two nights and we looked forward to returning to our room which was nicely decorated had air conditioning, internet access, pay per view and excellent bathroom.
The pizzas served in the bar weren't bad either and lovely breakfast.
There is a restaurant in hotel serving a good selection of food.
Bar were very lively, the food was really nice.
De-frosted in a microwave as was warm and bar meals were well presented.
There is a restaurant on the main floor that serves all meals.
The reception staff were quite excellent in their welcome and the service at the desk was very polite.
Get the hotel reception staff to scan your ticket and the parking charge is only £3.
Close to the airport, room temperature was brilliant [usually hotels are far too hot and excellent service from pleasant staff - a joy to staff at.
Centrally located to Luton Town Centre, we did not eat or drink at the hotel and reception staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them.
Obviously being so new helps a lot, but so does the atmosphere, along with the modern decor and the friendly staff.
There was a computer in the front lobby to answer emails and check on reservations.
The lobby was very pleasant with a big screen plasma and a computer terminal with internet access.
The bathroom was clean and well equipped.
The hotel is new and so the room was clean and very comfortable.
The bathroom had a wonderful power-shower and was also incredibly clean and modern, as can be expected of such a new hotel.
Good value for money, staff helpful and the room was very clean.
Nice clean rooms, adequate breakfast and check-in was a joy - thanks to the friendly staff - Joanne.
