  For a basic hotel at less than the cost of a travelodge/premier inn was good value for money and well the staff were great. The room was spacious, clean.

  The cooked breakfast at an additional £4.95 was good quality at a reasonable price, the staff were very helpfull and our room was clean and tidy.

  The hotel staff were certainly accomodating and room was of good size and has everything you would need.

  The hotel is 15 minutes away from the central bus station, reception staff couldn't understand us too well.

  The water pressure in the shower is pretty weak, outdated and the lamps didn't even have bulbs in.

  Service quick and efficient, nice breakfast room, good all round facilities.

  Bit of a poor area for a hotel and the foyer bar was not kept clean. The food in the restuarant was extremely limited and i tried the European menu and the steak was poorly cooked.

  Excellent friendly staff and good bath/shower.

  The room was below standard compared to our experience of other days hotels, inside the bed side lamps was disgusting and restaurant was very noisy and more like a canteen.
