            The location is very quiet, days hotel is a nice place and the lobby now is something attractive because of the lightings and the plants. Service is warm and friendly, the rooms are newly renovated. The restaurants are spectacular.

            Long distance to the downdown of Cebu City and great location. Towel just like any hotel and the service is nice. Bed sheet is clean.

            The airport is only a few minutes away, the staff and service at this hotel is fantastic, freshness of bathroom is excellent.

            Sheets are dirty, the breakfast buffet is not worth.

            Basic amenities of the room SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED by hotel staff before assigning the room to a hotel guest because my room's aircon unit's inside-cover suddenly dropped off in the middle of the night. Moreover, the aircon "HIGH COOL" was not functional altho I highlighted it to the hotel staff minutes after I stepped into the room (but the hotel staff took it in stride, giving me the explanation that IT TAKES TIME FOR THE AIRCON UNIT TO COOL OFF).
