  Nice view of the park on charles river from my room, friendly stuff and reasonable price. The staff were helpful, direct phone line was very good and refrigerator was clean.

  One faced the river was a nice view and the price was good compared to most Boston hotels. The personnel was professional, the room we stayed in was very clean and cosy.

  Staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, and the location is very convenient, Harvard Square is a 20', and the price is GREAT. The bathrooms are bright and clean, Chinese restaurant is very good.

  Great price for a 1 night stay, very friendly staff and very helpful receptionist. The room was quiet, by the way, the chineese restaurant on the first floor was really really good.

  Convenience to downtown Boston was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jason. Our room was extremely well cleaned and tidy.

  Hotel staff were friendly and helpful needed, wifi connection in the room was good.

  The person at the front desk was less than attentive, elevators were a bit scary sometimes, almost seemed unsafe.
