Excellent location! It's far 500 m from Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia and 1 km from Gran Bazar. Thanks to the house's excellent location, it's possible to visit the old city (sultanahmet) on foot.
The toilette is rather small.

On the day of departure the manager was out in the lobby In the kitchen, no frying pan, kitchen knife, corkscrew. The apartment did not clean the litter

The location of Day Aparts was spot on. Most of the sightseeing is walking distance from the apartment
The apartment was overpriced for what it was. The apartment we stayed at was advertised to sleep 6 people however it only had 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the other bedroom. Then it had 2 sofas in the living room. These sofas were not even sofa-beds and were very very uncomfortable to sleep on! If an apartment is advertised for 6 people then it should have 6 beds or at the very least sofa-beds in the living room!

Location is very good with a nice internal decor. The staff is helpful.
The building and entrance is in a bad state. Lift is very small and seems unreliable (although safe according to the staff). The description of the hotel says Air-conditioned. There was a small air conditioner in the main living room and the bed rooms were with ac and very hot. Given a choice, we will not go back.

My room was a large, clean, comfortable, well-equipped and nicely finished self-catered apartment with two large balcony areas. The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from Ataturk Airport, for which you can take a taxi for 15tl (at the time of writing).
An 'Airport Shuttle' is advertised as an optional service, although at €35 (what I was quoted) it's redundant with the abundant taxis being several times cheaper. As an overnight stay venue before/after flights from Ataturk Airport, be aware that it's self-catering accommodation rather than a B&B/catered venue, a fact that I somehow missed when booking!

Very spacious and clean apartment. Excellent care shown throughout the hotel and the service was extraordinary. Hotel manager arranged a very early wake-up call ( 3:45 ) and a taxi at our door at 4:00 am. Ordered food for us and greeted our early arrival with conversation in perfect english and of course, tea. A fantastic apartment hotel close to the airport with full marks.

I stayed one night at these apartments before continuing my journey elsewhere. The location was excellent as is very close to Ataturk Airport. They are situated on the upmarket area Yesilkoy and close to the local railway station. Do not be put off by the outward appearance - which is not particularly attractive. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Excellent value for money. It was clean and pleasantly furnished .
Seems they always say their Visa machine is not working to try and get cash. I did not have cash but they managed to use my Visa ok :) :)

Great hotel near the Istanbul airport. It's located in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and bars. really fun place to walk around at night.Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Facilities & location (close to the Ataturk Airport)
Wi-fi signal was available but was not very strong in the room. They didn't have a credit card terminal (on the Booked.net there is an information that they have) and we didn't have cash and stuff did not speak english so we had a little problem. We had a gas heater in bedroom. I don't think it is very safe.
