Excellent location, the decor was modern and only after a day or 2 I found they had a full English breakfast as well.

Reception staff very helpfull, excellent location rooms were excellent, good cigar bar downstairs called Maxim.

The food served was not up to the quality of the hotel, the complimentary water was only replaced once and pool was outdoor.

Great proximity to shopping centre and nice design. Friendly, helpful and flexible staff, the concierge is superb. The room is excellent and the internet access extremly good, pillows are extremely comfortable.

The fresh fruit at breakfeast could be better and depth of pool meant not easy to swim in.

Location access to shopping excellent service and the hotel is located inside a huge mall and has easy access to other shops around the square. The staff could not be more welcoming, concierge are extremely friendly and design and room confort is very good.

I really liked the location and the decor was modern. All the staff were indeed very gentle, happy and the room was spotless and very comfortable. The spa was exceptional as well.

No new soap was provided during a 3 night, breakfast was a collection of the usual luke warm pre cooked congealing bacon.
