The property met our expectations and we plan on returning. The staff were friendly and the hotel's location was excellent. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and the beds were large. We had a great dining experience at Bobar, which was conveniently located right next to the hotel.

I found the room excellent. The room was very comfortable with modern interior design and facilities. The breakfast was wonderful. You can find restaurants, cafe etc outside the hotel.

The room was clean and well maintained with queen size beds. The breakfast spread offered a wide array of outstanding options. The hotel was centrally located very close to Mbantua Fine Art Gallery.

It was walking distance from eating venues, shopping venues etc. Also pick-up and drop off for tours, the Ghan and back to airport etc.

the housekeeping staff make too much noise and bang doors when cleaning the rooms.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed and pillows. The shower in the bathroom was very spacious and enjoyable.

The staff at reception were not very welcoming and the parking fee was too expensive. being charged extra for paying by credit card and having to pay for WiFi access seemed outdated and unnecessary.

yes, the first interation with the reception desk, was very exasparating and drawn out. I provided my name and booking printout and the time it took to confirm the booking was very long. Since I had prepaid with my credit card three months prior, it was annoying. I was tired and had been travelling most of the day. As for the rest of the staff I found them all very helpful.
