The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions and not far from the train station. This makes it easy for budget travellers like myself to explore the city without spending too much on transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff, although limited English speakers, are still helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the pool area offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Some guests mentioned that the spa and massage services were not up to par, possibly indicating a need for improvement in that area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, with no complaints at all. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location was perfect for us, as it was not far from the center of the city and within walking distance of the main attractions. This made it easy for us to explore the local area and experience the true essence of this city.

The hotel was quite unique with its traditional Moroccan features and decor that gave a sense of authentic immersion. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of local delicacies to try. , the hotel's location was perfect, being located close to the train station and taxis could be hailed easily. The rooftop terrace was peaceful with an amazing view, perfect for enjoying the New Year's celebrations.
The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the bedsheets seemed dirty, which was a massive put off. The heating system was not functional, and my new year's experience was dampened by the cold weather, which could have been fixed by a proper heating unit.

Had a great Xmas at this hotel! Loved the beautiful décor and the friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of options to choose from. The location is perfect, situated on a busy street that is easy to find and within walking distance to the main attractions. The pool area is quiet and relaxing, perfect for lounging in the sun.
The rooms could use some updating and maintenance, as the shower curtain and bath tub were not the cleanest. The hotel could also improve on providing clearer directions to the location on their website as taxis had trouble finding it.
