  The common areas are attractive and taxis are very reasonably priced, and readily available. The hotel is beautiful, staff is super and the rooms are large and the room service very good. There breakfast is awesome and the gym is excellent.

  Jacuzzi area was clean, the location of our roon/hotel was very noisy and the staff were wonderful and helpful. The rooms were spacious, the bar downstairs was also good and the restaurant food was simply delicious. Also we received a fruit plate on our first night and that was a great detail.

  A great bit of luxury in the centre of the city of Quito, good quality construction and new and quiet room in the back building. The coffee in the lobby should be available all day, the staff is friendly and helpful, oh and the comfy bed is always nice. Breakfast is excellent.

  The area is safe and there is easy access to a big park and botanical garden, the hotel is simply great. Very helpful reception staff and bell boys, internet access available. Breakfast is very good.

  Best hotel in Quito and the rooms/lobby area are excellent. Service is good.

  Its botanical garden a cab to the old city is only $3, bathroom water pressure is really poor and breakfast is expensive and boring after 3 days of the same.
