The room was outstanding, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The hotel had a marvellous location right in the dining area, a short walk to Centenario. Excellent service overall, with parking outside.

The staff was superbly friendly and really good, resolved my issues. I was offered a room with particularly nice views of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of great food.

The location of this place was convenient in a great neighborhood, and I enjoyed going to Chef Burger el Penon nearby.

I felt very safe here with the security measures in place, including key access on the elevator and to the rooms. The room was spacious and had a large TV. The staff made a great effort to communicate with us Americans. The free breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. The hotel lobby was beautiful and had a great bar both inside and outside.

Central location was a plus. The hotel was placed 16 miles away from the airport. Enjoyed staying at the standard queen room with mini-fridge, copious amounts of hot water for the newly remodeled bathroom plus cable TV🙂

I recently had a great experience at this hotel during my stay in the Oeste sector of downtown. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location in the upscale El Penon neighborhood was perfect, surrounded by top-rated restaurants and lively dancing spots. Additionally, the staff was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the well-equipped rooms, complete with all the necessary gadgets, ensured a comfortable and convenient stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
