  Service comfortable and big rooms. Dry sauna, excellent food and free soft drinks at dinner. Some movies as well as programs in Russian and nice pool.

  Nice room, i liked food and excellent pools/facilities.

  Very comfortable accommodation and food is excellent. The spa is very wonderful.

  This hotel is one of the most expensive hotel at the dead sea, the staff could not understand English well and not a great choice for couples or solo travellers.

  Breakfast was very good and the spa itself was very nice.

  The staff were cleaning up, the wireless Internet access did not work well and the actual connection to the Internet was flakey.

  Location and facilities are great, just across from the Dead Sea beach and a short drive to En Gedi. The hotel is beautifully designed and lobby etc are really beautiful. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are nice.

  The heated dead sea water and good location. We liked the relaxed atmosphere and nice building. Great prices, the rooms themselves are a bit small and just average in decorations, most of the staff members are friendly and pleasant. The elevators are fast, towels can quickly dry and spa services are inexpensive by American standards and the food is tasty.

  The spa was good and the beach was good, the room was excellent as was the view, the hotel staff were professional specifically the reception'. Service was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The food was well presented, pool was nice and clean.

  Toilet were broken and cs manager was helpful.

  I liked its heated dead sea hot water pool only adults were allowed, the only warm and friendly staff we found were in the gift shop, the hotel was very nice. Cappucinos at the lobby were very good, the spa service was excellent and slippers and robes were present in room and were very useful. The breakfast was delicious.

  The beach was clean and nice, my room had a huge balcony was lovely and had great views out over the dead sea, spa zone staff were really good. The water was very warm, breakfast were excellent and the pools were awesome.

  I liked its heated dead sea hot water pool only adults were allowed, the bar area was fun and nice and clean, reception staff at arrival were very pleasant and efficient. The room was modern and food was good. The spa was fantastic.

  From snacks to a la carte dining hotel is well maintained, the staff is courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great, the spa facility is free during weekdays.

  Chairs at the beach should be available later in the day and prices are not cheap.

  Huge hotel and good service. The room was modern, in the evenings the bar was well stocked and the bar staff very friendly, the breakfast buffet was the usual Israeli breakfast. The pool was very clean.
