The hotel was in the very central setting very near Old City. I booked absolutely fantastic immaculate room with a balcony. All the employees were fine and good.

Great choice for trip. Clean hotel, delightfully helpful personnel, rich breakfast. Brand-new family room for access to the lounge. A safe, television, and a sitting area were convenient. Early check-in, late check-out.

The location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable, within a close distance from Mamilla Mall. The restaurant food is amazing, and the breakfast offered is extensive with meat options and marginally tasty foods and eggs to order.

As young families, we loved the friendly and helpful hotel staff. The breakfast selection was amazing and there were delicious options for both kids and adults. The pool was great for the kids to enjoy and there was a mini market nearby for any last-minute needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay.

A very very good way to end my trip. Fully equipped place to stay 1 mile away from Old City of Jerusalem. Breakfast with smoked salmon, both Israeli plus well prepared dishes. Ideal location on an island alone.

The hotel was in a very central location in the neighborhood of all the sights. West Jerusalem district was worth staying in. Got the same newly decorated standard room with an equally beautiful bathroom booked online, appreciated that. A shower and a hairdryer was a plus.

This is a good all round fairly clean hotel providing well-kept rooms. It is in easy location to a historic gate, set minute walk from the property.

The place was fairly clean with a fine and lovely staff who can set a good example of customer service. The location was brilliant and to the Old City in about 15 minutes, convenient base for vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Dan Panorama, with a prime location near many amazing sites. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The highlight of our trip was the special Shabbat dinner, which was absolutely delicious. The central location was a major plus for our pilgrimage to Jerusalem. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the city.
