I loved the interactive and engaging activities for children, including the talent show and exercise classes around the pool. The hotel's different play areas and bumper cars were a hit with the kids. The young staff did a fantastic job of keeping the children entertained.
No negatives.

The facilities are fantastic for kids but the rooms are almost unbearable. The carpet is dirty, bedspreads are too old and there is a musty smell in the room.

The hotel’s location is great, with plenty of play areas and activities for children. The young entertainment team kept the kids engaged with fun activities like a talent show and exercise classes. The rooms were comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast provided was delicious and ample, providing a great start to the day.

Friendly staff, good breakfeast, spacious rooms.
This hotel is usually full at week-ends, so it's difficult to have a parking.

The pool was closed although your web site advertised it as being open in winter. The sheets on the bed were narrower than the duvet so that we were directly in contact with the duvet, which had presumably been directly in contact with previous occupants at the edges of the bed.

Engaging young people and play areas
Can't fault the property in any way.

The swimming pool was good, as was the breakfast. The bedrooms were comfortable. The lobby was interesting with historical artifacts.
Some of the staff were unhelpful. The bedrooms need updating.

Hotel very family, cozy and hospitable
Kitchen very poor, kosher. About it haven't warned neither on a site, nor in hotel. We don't love such meal. It was necessary to eat outside.

The hotel's entertainment team was amazing with the children's activities and play areas. They organized fantastic exercise classes around the pool and interactive talent shows which kept the little ones entertained. Another thing I loved was the strategic location of the hotel near shopping centers and other attractions.
The high prices for meals other than breakfast were a real disappointment. We had to seek alternative dining options in the nearby restaurants as most guests also did.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was OK but somewhat shabby. We were told the rooms would be renovated in the near future.

During our recent Christmas trip, we loved how the hotel had a variety of play areas and activities that catered to families with young children. The young staff was friendly, engaging, and made sure that our children had a blast with all the different interactive games and activities offered. the location of the hotel was superb as it was situated in close proximity to the main attractions in the area. we enjoyed the variety of meals offered during breakfast and were delighted that they catered to dietary restrictions for our family members.

Front desk staff outstanding. Switched rooms to accomodate us for no extra charge. This place was the first we stayed at out of 5 places on our recent tour that had English tv channels, a weight room to work out in, a sauna, and a hot tub. I felt like we were back in the states. Would stay here again, yes yes yes.
