Lovely location on the river, great view from balcony, close to bars and restaurants, peaceful and relaxing, excellent and reasonably priced food, friendly and attentive staff.

Everything was spot on.

Always smiling and helpful staff, whom makes you feel like you are a guest in your own house :) Every year I go with this confidince. But every time I see that they have done something new in the hotel, which makes you feel more relaxed, more comfortable. Shortly, I strongly advice The Hotel Palmyra.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Serdar, who went out of his way to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a new brand air conditioning system that kept us cool during our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, right near the Dalyan river and in the center of town. We enjoyed eating our breakfast by the riverside, it was a lovely way to start the day.

All in all, everything was great.

the location was perfect, right near the river and in the heart of the town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Secondly, the rooms were spotlessly clean and had brand new air conditioning units, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast served by the river was a wonderful way to start the day, with a beautiful view and delicious food.

All in all, everything was perfect and I couldn't fault my stay!

This hotel is a gem in terms of value for money. The attention to detail is exceptional, from the tasteful decor of the spacious rooms to the fantastic views from the balcony. The helpful and professional staff add to the overall experience, making you feel right at home.

No complaints, everything was perfect.

The hotel staff is very hospital and friendly. We passed a wonderfull holiday in Dalyan and Hotel Palmyra was one of the most important stage of this trip. I do recommend you to stay in this hotel. We appriciated the staff and cleaning of the rooms very much.

The hotel was used as an overnight stop en route back to the UK. The staff were outstanding, very courteous and helpful and went far beyond the call of duty.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the walls between rooms were so thin that you could actually here conversations clearly

The hotel was the perfect spot for our romantic getaway. The views were stunning, with the lake right next to the hotel and the balcony providing an even better view. We enjoyed how comfortable and clean the room was and the friendly staff who were always ready to help with anything we needed. Another plus was the well-designed rooms and overall hotel decor, which gave a luxurious and elegant vibe.

We found that the breakfast options were not as advertised on the website which was a bit disappointing, but the hotel provided the option to purchase a breakfast at a good price. the pool area and sun loungers were in poor condition, which was a letdown because it detracted from the otherwise beautiful resort-like vibe of the hotel.

Friendly staff, tightly connected with a trip agency (Kardak tours) that will organize a variety of daily trips and excursions in the region for very little money. The hotel is just on the Dalyan channel, the view from the terrace is very nice. Dalyan is a very touristic place, but most tourists are Turks, so the place is still quite genuine in nature. The restaurant of the hotel is quite good.

Most of the hotel staff speaks only Turkish, but you can manage to get around somehow.

Ideally located, situated on the river and close to all amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds clean and comfortable.

Extremely basic, and quality very poor - for example we had to hold the shower as the pole was broken (on all three rooms), shower door missing on one. Breakfast was probably the worst ever experienced. The highchair was filthy, tea very stewed, inequipped (no cutlery or crockery available until asked three times), boiled eggs were runny inside.
