It was close enough to downtown to entertain guests on Saturday but close enough to the airport to allow people to run out on Sunday.

It was perfect because some of my family was flying into DFW International Airport while others were flying into Love Field Airport and the hotel is really close to both so it was convenient.

We had a King suite room which was fantastic with private TV, dressing areas, warm comfy bed and amazing bedding.

I loved the bed, the bedding, the pillows, the decor, the large three room suite.

The room would be excellent for two friends traveling together or for a couple, as one person could go to bed, with the other watching TV or reading in the other room.

I particularly liked how open the lobby was and how the bar and restaurant were all right in the same location.

He had great suggestions for restaurants and when he drove us to a restaurant he walked us in, talked to a manager and made sure we had the next available table!

If you eat breakfast, eat the buffet otherwise your cooked to order breakfast takes FOREVER.

Friends due to the great hotel staff and service was very friendly from the front desk.

The room was great, the front desk service was prompt and courteous, and the bartenders and dining staff were great.

The best thing, however, was the service from EVERYONE - front desk & restaurant personnel, shuttle driver Johnny, and anyone else I forgot.

I wondered if the elevator noise would be bothersome, but it wasn't at all.

Speaking of elevators, there's 4 of them and they're quick.

As far as cleanliness goes - the hotel was spotless, all the staff were really friendly and the rooms were nice and clean.
