Stayed here for Christmas. The room had a comfortable mattress and good water pressure with hot and cold shower. The hotel was close to the train station, which was very convenient. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and places to shop.
The room was incredibly small and lacked space to move around. , the staff were not very friendly and helpful.

It was a big advantage to stay within 15 minutes’ stroll from jr central towers. The beds were comfortable in our room. Don't forget to explore Nagoya City Centre neighborhood.

A railroad station was right by our hotel. The location was GOOD, with yamamotoya honten esca nearby, where we could eat. Honestly nothing bothered us.

This hotel is in a very strategic location, right in the center of the city. It's just a 2-minute walk from the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Nagoya and other prefectures in central Japan. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The rooms are equipped with a big desk, perfect for working, and some even have a comfortable sofa chair for lounging. The hotel provides both single pillows and towels, as well as double beds, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast options are varied and satisfying.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

Location and low cost. Breakfast good. Staff good.
Air conditioning was kept a bit too warm. I dont like rooms that are not kept as non-smoking.

Great value for a quick city stopover! The room was clean and cozy, and the amenities were top-notch, with plenty of plugs available for all our devices. Plus, the nearby convenience stores and restaurants made for easy, affordable meals. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and central to all the sights we wanted to see.
While the room itself was comfortable, the internet was a bit spotty and difficult to connect to reliably. And despite the central location, some outside noise could be heard at night.

No taxi will drive you to hotel since it only takes ~10 minute walk from Meitetsu Station. Go to far left exit, "Taiko-dori", of Nagoya station, walk pass Denny's restaurant and make a left turn when you see the Nagoya Business Hotel and you will see the hotel. Denny's open 24 hours -great for value lunch and dinners. No English menu though but can still select order with photos. Loads of great shopping and dining opportunities within the JR underground system connecting to Takashiyama and Meitetsu Department stores. Tourist Info center within the JR station with English volunteers to help out with travelling tips. When asked manager nicely, we managed to burrow hotel's push cart to carry all of my heavy luggages from hotel to Meitetsu station. Of course, we still have to personally return the cart after use. Still it was considerate of him to lend us when the manager did refuse at first. 50yen off for breakfast buffet voucher when bought in advance.
Front desk staff understands and speaks very limited English. If you speak English slowly and use some elementary Japanese, they will try their best to understand and offer their assistance. Room is quite small, especially the bathroom. Not recommended for travellers with more than 2 mid-sized suitcases. Had to stack chairs on top of coffee table to make room for suitecases. Not recommended for long leisure stay. Bathroom floors and walls are yellow which make it appears dirty when it fact it is very clean. Breakfast buffet is a mixture of western and japanese styles. However, I notice for western option is vey limited with coissants, coffee, milk, orange juice and a sunny side up egg. Very limited choices compared to Japanese style which offers rice, miso soup, fishes, and several other side dishes. I've been to other Japan hotel breakfast buffets before and I personally feel the selection at Daiichi Hotel not that delicious and abundant, but then this is a business hotel so it's understandable that the selection is limited compared to 3-5 star hotels.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the location, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel is situated near JR Nagoya station, making it easy to travel around central Japan. The staff were accommodating and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was well-equipped with basic amenities and had a cozy sofa chair for lounging. The big desk provided a comfortable workspace. I also appreciated the option of having either a single pillow & towel or double beds. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious, providing a great start to the day.
Everything was satisfactory, no major issues.

The room was spacious compared to a typical room in Japan. If you are two medium size people, always request for a twin room instead of a double room which only has one double size bed. The twin room has two bed is and has a small alley where you can store even large pieces of luggage. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time, athough breakfast was not included unlike in other hotels where the breakfast is already included.
The bedside of the room was dusty. I think the cleaning lady forgot to have the vacuum cleaner pass through it.
