              All that aside, the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous, the room was one of the best we stayed in in Japan, the bathroom was certainly the best.

              Next to a lovely street of cosy bars, great Location and this Hotel is among the best of the best. The staff is amazing and the bathroom had a separate enclosed shower as well as a tub.

              The location was great, the rooms were spacious for a city hotel and the lobby and staff were excellent. The service was extremly helpful and concierge spoke very good English. The beds were extremely comfortable, the restaurant selection was wide and impressive, our waitress explained all of the dishes to us and was fantastic.
