I recently stayed at a hotel in Daejeon and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent. The room rates were very reasonable and included a delicious breakfast, which was a great added bonus. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The design on the 5th floor with a bathtub was a lovely touch and added a touch of luxury to my stay. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect. Nestled in a secondary alley, it was quiet and peaceful, yet still conveniently close to everything I needed. I was extremely pleased with my stay.
All in all, everything was just fine during my stay.

The rates were unbeatable----best rates I've seen in/out of Seoul!
I didn't like that fact that their idea of a "free breakfast" was bread, coffee, and a banana; also, I didn't like that fact that I wasn't made aware that Daelim Hotel is actually a "love motel"---complete with two sets of rates: one for the over-night, unsuspecting tourist, and one for the Korean couple looking to make that connection.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money is outstanding - I couldn't believe how affordable it was compared to other options in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms on the 5th floor was impressive - from the design to the luxurious bath tubs, it really made me feel pampered. Lastly, the location in a secondary alley was perfect for a peaceful stay, yet still close enough to the main attractions. this hotel offers fantastic amenities, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast included.
All aspects of my stay were absolutely fine - nothing to complain about.

The hotel we stayed at during our Easter trip had a lot of great aspects to it. The location was perfect, it was surrounded by shops and great restaurants. The rooms were a generous size and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. They provided free water bottles, tea, and coffee, which was an added bonus. the staff was really kind and spoke good English. They even surprised us with a little gift during our stay which was a nice touch.
Although we had a relatively good experience, there were a few downsides to our stay. For starters, the breakfast was not that great.

Our stay in this hotel was wonderful. The location was great; it was close to the Daejeon central station and just around the corner of a main road that leads to many attractions in the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the good wifi, quiet surroundings and comfy bed. We would certainly stay here again in the future.
One aspect of our stay was not up to our standards.
