The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, offering services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The shuttle service was also a great convenience, allowing us to easily explore the city without any hassle. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival, making us feel instantly welcomed and relaxed. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace provided a great spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's garden furniture added a touch of elegance and charm to the overall atmosphere.

Everything was fantastic.

The room was bright and large. Location close to last post ceremony. Within walking distance Dynasty Ocho, where you can have lunch. Even the Ostend-Bruges airport was not so far.

I had a smooth check-in experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and took care of any issues promptly. I really liked the modern look of this place, both on the inside and outside. The architecture and style were interesting and added to the overall appeal.

Had a great Xmas stay here! The breakfast was delicious and we loved the fact that it was included. The spa was also a great addition to our trip and we loved being able to relax in the sauna and Jacuzzi. Plus, the hotel was in a great location with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.

We did think the room was a bit small and lacked privacy in the bathroom. , the staff could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming upon our arrival.

We booked this hotel last minute as we wanted somewhere to stay en route to Ghent from Calais and were very impressed. The use of the two windmills creates a striking design feature especially when lit up at night (and makes the hotel dead easy to spot!). The striking design features continue inside with imaginative use of lighting and the retention of the original roof timbers and exposed brick work in the older parts of the hotel. The guy on duty when we got there was very friendly and welcoming. We had the basic room but it was stylish, clean and had everything we needed. We had a few drinks in the bar which wasn't expensive and had a good chat with the guy who had checked us in and one of the guests. A good breakfast was included.

I gotta say, I got a lot of bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was super comfy and the shower was top-notch. Plus, the staff were friendly and the location was handy for the motorway.

The breakfast option could've been better. A wider variety of choices would've made it even more satisfying.

We had a very warm welcome despite turning up after midnight, the owner met us and explained every thing to us. The staff were very helpful and interested in our requirements. They opened the spa facilities just for our use. A very remarkable building and experience and one we would certainly want to repeat.

We booked 1 suite for one night. The room was fantastic, fashion, nice design. Big bathtub in the middle of the room. The bed was fantastic, comfortable King size. The room was perfect. We had dinner at the restaurant and I must say, it was very good. Make a reservation in advance. We booked a Duo Massage which was also very good. The staff is very friendly. For sure I will return but now for a full weekend.

However, if you're more interested in exploring the city, you might find the hotel's distance to the city center of Kortrijk a bit inconvenient. The lounge area is the only place where you can expect a decent meal, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and good ventilation.
