Great city centre location by the river and we used the hotel for an overnight stay as a family of 4. Friendly staff and very friendly, helpful host. The room was quite spacious.

Handy for city centre and friendly helpful staff gave us a town map on arrival. The hotel room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The sheets underneath were fine and pristine and excellent buffet breakfast was great value for money.

Minutes to old city and underground parking secure and handy. Easy acces to Rouen itself, reasonable price and the person at the front desk was kind and helpful. The room was big, the next morning the breakfast was lovely.

Convenient location for sights, modern decor and in all not bad for the price. Receoption staff very friendly and helpful, the Manager settled the account on our behalf instantly. Excellent family room looking out onto rooftop gardens.

The road in front of the holiday is very busy and some may find very noisy, interior smelled old cigarette smoke and ash, that wasnt pleasant.
