This hotel is perfect for those on business and has nicely decorated rooms, fast internet connections, amazing service, and food that is good. Some, however, feel that it's outdated, that the rooms vary too much, average facilities, and that the lake views from the deluxe suites are no better than from regular rooms.

Recently renovated by the acclaimed designer Tomas Alia, the property is designed in minimalist style – from black-and-white striped hallways to the elegant guestrooms. The location was just perfect, the staff at Hotel D'Angleterre were excellent and r the front desk was equally as inviting and kind. The room was fantastic, the treats on the pillows at night were delicious.

Great view of the lake, proximity to the train station as mentioned above is also excellent and hotel has a very good location. The staff are superb, rooms are comfy and the breakfast buffet is just amazing and managed.

Its perfect downtown location, just across the majestic fountain and the restaurant looks out across the lake and Jet d'Eau, truly spectacular. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all extremely courteous, attentive and discreet. Rooms clean and smoke free, the breakfast is particularly good food, you'll like.

In a great location and elegant and quite just acroos from the water jet on the lake. The hotel is ideal and all the staff are were charming. Room service is good value and very quick, the restaurant and bar are worth trying.

Very good boutique hotel, the flawless service and the bathrooms and spotless, very modish and luxurious. Very nice leopard bar in the evening, beautiful curtains and great breakfast. Fresh fruit being served shortly after arrival.
