Cypress Pointe Grande Villas Orlando - 奥兰多

We really like the location as it is VERY close to everything including downtown Disney.

Resort location very close to Disney and not too far from Seaworld and Universal.

The location was great, so close to Disney parks.

We were about 20 minutes from the airport.

Also, it was an easy and quick trip to the airport - but don't forget the quarters for the toll road.

It had two master bed rooms with baths and a small room for the kids with twin beds plus another bath.

My wife, 4 year old and I had a king-sized bed, jacuzzi tub, and separate bathroom/shower; my in-laws took the other bedroom (two twin beds), and the second bathroom.

2 separate rooms, the master bedroom had a en-suite with jacuzzi, bed was great.

We received a 2 BR,2 bath villa with king bed, roman tub, 50 inch big screen TV, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and screened in balcony for a rate which was less than every hotel we had checked in Orlando.

The second bedroom is very small and has a twin bed with a trundle that pulls out completely and away from the other bed, so this is a great room for kids along with the DVD only TV.

Theres about 20 restaurants along the road which includes McDonalds, Denny's (fast food restaurant) and some lovely American dining i would recommend the Orlando Ale House which serves amazing deserts for $3!

One thing the property lacked was an onsite restaurant, but it's located in area filled with restaurants/supermarkets/liquor stores and a dunkin donuts.

My husband and I and four teens had plenty of room, and it was nice to get up and be able to make breakfast, coffee, etc and not rush out to a restaurant for something to eat.

It saved a lot of money to eat breakfast and some lunches & dinners there, and we enjoyed eating outside on the screened-in patio, with no worries about bugs or runaway napkins.

The Goodings supermarket (at the shopping center at the end of Disney's Hotel Plaza) was somewhat overpriced but less than a mile away and we really only wanted milk, pop, fruit, and breakfast food, so we were fine with stocking up there.

24hrs being fobbed off by very rude reception staff and a manager who to be honest must of got his bage out of an xmas cracker with no joy we checked out!

There were one or two staff members who provided a high level of service but most employees had an aloof attitude and acted as if you were bothering them if you had any enquiries.

We like the location of the room, facing the pool, close to the elevator, close to the parking lot.

We were travelling with my parents, and they took the unit overlooking the pool, our unit overlooked the parking lot.

We stayed here at the height of the season and never had any trouble parking or getting a sun lounger by the pool.

On the 3rd day we had a problem with the air conditioning - this was fixed in 30 minutes - at the same time the difficulty getting a wireless internet connection was fixed by bringing a wired connection.

However, in spring 2007, the Grande Villas did not have wireless internet and the Resort did have wireless.

The rooms were very clean and everything looked very fresh.

It was spacious and clean with it's own tub/shower.

We had a three bedroom which was very large and very clean.

The rooms were clean and exactly as the pictures we had seen on-line.

Staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean.
