its location within walking distance of a contemporary art museum was great and perfect. everything was really good, nevertheless a few employees were rather noisy.

The staff was exceptionally nice, breakfast was reasonable and delicious. Great location for our visit to creature fountains relatively close to the hotel. Walking distance to a supermarket and a Christmas market across the street.

Units on the hair dryer. Air conditioner and baggage storage were much appreciated. The location was perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The young man at the reception was very courteous and pleasant. The room was small, but adequate for one night. The breakfast was adequate. There was free Internet access, both by cable and wireless. Immediate access to trams and cafes.

The bathroom was too small, and showering made everything wet.

The rooms are very small and the furniture is old and very basic (ikea style, but worse). This hotel does not offer basic services for a four-star hotel, such as a bar area. The breakfast is also poor for a four star hotel. The corridors, lifts and stairs seem to be more of an apartment building which was adapted into a hotel. Overall, it is an uncomfortable hotel and the value for money is bad.

Place was extremely convenient and good standard, greatly enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast was savoury, incredible views, excellent location just next door to the main city sights, train station from where also most local buses depart, and Helsinki shopping district. The hotel provided great prices. The room was good-sized and functional, included an air conditioner and luggage storage. The soft drinks in Irish bar were very welcome.

Awesome location very close to central train terminal. Nearby Belge bar&bistro - great place to chill out. Nice room with internet access and a design of the 60ties and 2 single beds, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with the train station and city center within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and even provided us with two travel cots for our twins at no extra charge.

I had a comfortable room and enjoyed a decent breakfast. Although there could have been a little more variety at breakfast, the quality of the food was good.

the central location, the simple but tasteful rooms especially the absence of carpets, that there were wooden floors/parquette.

I did not like that they had so thin bedcovers, the Nordic dunes are a trademark that you expect to find in a hotel like this with fairly good standard, besides with the cold Finnish winter it is necessary.. I disliked that there was no water cooker and tee/coffee equipment in the rooms, which is common nowadays.
