This hotel surprised me with its attention to detail and value for money. The underground carpark was a convenient feature, especially since it was raining during my stay. I appreciated being able to access the room, reception, bar, and restaurant without going outside. The spacious room and delicious tapas in the bar were an added bonus. It's also worth mentioning that everything was reasonably priced, making it even more enjoyable.

Great location and comfortable stay

We recently stayed at a hotel not far from the town centre and really enjoyed our experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling city centre. The hotel had a lot to offer, including free underground parking, a spa, and a gym. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of pillows and a well-provisioned bathroom. The free WiFi worked everywhere, which was a big plus.

That we had trouble paying with our Revolute euro Mastercard. Although the funds were taken from our account, the payment failed at the hotel.

The hotel location is somewhat confusing, but not far from the town centre and it is in the centre area. The entrance to the car park is difficult to find, but the under the building parking provides easy access. The hotel has a nice cafeteria for breakfast and a good restaurant with quality food. The rooms are well equipped with a mini bar and room service is available if needed.

The spa staff had poor communication skills and didn't provide clear information about age restrictions.
