  This hotel enjoys great views of the lake and the volcanoes, friendly staff. Besides the comfortable accommodation and excellent breakfast. Food was really good we had a dinner.

  The view is just mezmorizing and the staff are helpful and friendly and the whole hotel is expertly managed. Rooms are new and comfortable, the bar has an excellent Happy Hour every day, free breakfast has full continental plus eggs. The facilities are awesome.

  Rooms are beautiful and ours had a wonderful view of the lake and mt osorno, this hotel is excellent. Towels as well as linen in bed soft, clean, and seem to be new.

  Staff is friendly not intrusive, nor over 'cliche'ed, choice couldn't be better.
