Location, clean on one side of room and bathroom.

Quick trip for the weekend to get away location was great. Looked on line, pool was not in order and hot tup was out of order. We knew there was not a lounge but the restaurant was out of business,This hotel is for sleep only and no hospitality. We seen a new sign and believe the ecolounge is taking this business over. The beds were removed from the rooms and we believe remodeling might have been in progress. But please do not make a web site with false views of your hotel, I was very disappointed for a getaway!!!

The beds were uncomfortable. There was one man working the desk our entire stay. The bathroom tub was dirty.

very friendly manager (only employee we seen)

Definitely needs updating. The room was a little more run down than I would have expected, even at that price. Mouldy windows, water damaged and peeling wallpaper, beaten up furniture and definitely outdated. It was however, clean and smelled very fresh.

The lobby was cold. The place was dirty. The first three floor looked empty, vacant. The bed was old, the bathroom was filthy. Just a big shit hole.

I liked that the price was low.

The facilities it boasted on the website weren't in order ( pool, hot tub, etc) the room was decent but there were stains on the wall and carpet, the lamp looked like it had been thrown out of a window and there was only one staff person working the entire time we were there.

When we arrived, we were told first that we did not have a reservation, then one was found, then the form was rewritten by hand and we paid cash. The room had stained sheets. When I asked to have them changed, we were told that there were no clean sheets in the Crystal Inn. We were told that the sheets would be changed for the next night and the towles would be changed. When we returned that nignt, the bed had not been made, the towles had not been changes. The same desk person/manager called the person who was supposed to clean the room and discussed with her the fact that the "customer" said that the bed had not been made and the towles had not been changed" Please remember that the sheets were suposed to be changed fromt he stained ones we had to sleep on the first night. He finally offered us a different room. When we opened that door to the first different room, we found someone else in the room. The third room did not have a lock on the door, the fourth room had no electricity. The fifth room was as a room should be althoght we had to wait for 10 minutes while the lock person put in a new system for econo lodge. I am sure that the desk/clerk was renting unfinished rooms and pocketing the money. Which was in this case cash even though we told him we had a credit card.

I liked that it was fairly close to Frankenmuth and that it could accomodate us with 2 queen beds on short notice.

We were asked to downsize to 2 full size beds after arriving, when we originally reserved 2 queen beds online, and then there was work being done in the room assigned to us, so we were then put in a room with 2 queen beds. We found a beer cap, used lottery ticket, and many crumbs under the sides of the beds, so the room was not very clean. The shower was luke warm. We were told there would be a continental breakfast from 6-10am, but when we went down at 7:30am, there was nothing except cold coffee in a coffee pot that we figured was from the day before. We finally rang the bell, and the manager came out from the back with his hair sticking up and shabbly dressed, stating he overslept, but never offered breakfast. We ended up going to the Cracker Barrel accross the street. Very poor service. I won't make the mistake and stay here again.

Nothing! This was the worst hotel I have ever been in!

I liked nothing about the Hotel. There was very minimal signage so we weren't even sure if we were at the right place. There were only 2 people on staff for the hotel. The rooms were terrible and they even told us they would have to steal a remote control out of another room before the other guests showed up so they wouldn't notice it was missing since the one in our room was missing. They discussed the pros and cons of the different rooms before deciding on which one to put us in, right in front of me! The beds were so hard and uncomfortable that none of us slept most of the night due to how bad it was. The toilet flushed so loud that it rattled the walls and sounded like it was going to explode. The pictures that they had on the website didn't even match this hotel, they were fakes! I would never stay at this hotel again and I will never recommend it to anyone.

Nothing, Oh they were pet friendly which I did not use.

Most everything, the beds were horrible, the hotel was unkept and too expensive for the quality.

That it was much cheaper than surrounding hotels and still close to Frankenmuth.

    Carpet was newer and clean.

Couldn't access wifi and staf were unable to assist. Extreme level of dust on everything. Breakfast was offered but not ready 1/2 hour past advised time. Cleanliness was less than acceptable.
