Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Johor Bahru. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The staff was very amiable and professional, the room was brand-new with basic amenities and laminated flooring, for instance. Also, location was strategic and reasonably priced, just a short walk away from a shopping mall.

The location was central, close to taxi and good area. The staffs were efficient & excellent. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was old.

It was a newly remodelled hotel in a good area, just next door to many eateries and entertainment outlets, and the mall. The staff was very polite and efficient, everything was good. I didn't feel like leaving, had a great experience and would love to stay here again.

The basic amenities provided are more than sufficient for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, as it is near to the traditional market and just a short taxi ride away from the bustling KSL Shopping area. The breakfast spread includes delicious hot scramble eggs made by a chef, which is a pleasant surprise for foreigners wanting to try local cuisine.
