I really enjoyed its well-appointed and nicely furnished rooms.

It was in the central location to go to the train station to get anywhere. Moreover, it was near Capri and surrounding area, great restaurants, including Michelin star to simple beach restaurants in the area and the Sorrento peninsula.

When we arrived, our Disability Access room with the shower and seaview, as for instance was ready. That hotel was in a stunning and lovely location, in a very beautiful area of the peninsula.

The spacious room was newly furnished with helpful amenities like a safe, a hairdryer, and a kettle, and the beds were very comfortable with a stunning sea view. The secluded location added to the incredible experience of staying here.

The venue is perfect and reasonably priced with caring staff. The deluxe room overlooks the sea and includes coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges.

Central location right in front of the train station, savoury and nice hot breakfast. Set just next door to other bars/hotels eg €5 for a bottle of Peroni and Pompeii / Naples and the Bay of Naples overlooking Vesuvius with shuttle available to the town/station...

The staff provided amazing services and were very attentive. Our deluxe queen room came with the option to pay with either card or cash, and it included a terrace and a large balcony that overlooked Mt. Vesuvius. the room also had coffee/tea making machines and a fridge, making our stay very convenient. the hotel was a great base for our trip.

The breakfast buffet was good, but it was never refilled in time - so the buffet was almost always empty, especially cheese and sausage - even if one arrived in time for breakfast. That shouldn't happen in a hotel of this category. In the evening we went to the restaurant to eat - relatively expensive and unfortunately not very good.

The breakfast here had a ton of delicious food and drinks. Our room was sparkling new and tidy, with a nice bath and a fancy updated bathroom. Plus, there was a terrace. 🌅

We had the best room in the hotel with a 60sqm roof terrace, the view of the volcano was breathtaking. The suite was very spacious and very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and the location is simply great. The pool as well as the sea was clean, the pool boys very helpful. We wish we'd stayed longer if we'd known how great it was here.

The deluxe queen room was nicely furnished with amazing views, a very comfortable bed, and all the right facilities, we enjoyed the authentic cuisine in the restaurant.

The room I booked had a king-sized bed and a modern updated bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.- It had a separate patio.- The location of the hotel is amazing, situated in a beautiful area of the peninsula.

The hotel has a good location, a great view of Vesuvius and we had a room with the sea view. Pool was great.

Unfortunately, there still was hair from the predecessor in the bathtub. Breakfast is also more of a mass event. In general, this hotel is very large - so not for people who like to have some privacy in the public areas.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was modern and very spacious with super comfortable beds, and the service provided was excellent.

Despite problems with position still used early courtesy bus (8.15am) to Sorrento then ferry to Isle of Capri for an absolutely wonderful day with late bus(7.30pm) return to Crowne Plaza, all good.On another day got later 10.00am bus which went at 11.00 (see below) to nearest rail station then on to Pompeii for great local tour.

The position of this hotel is problematical.Their courtesy bus operates at limited times and even in shoulder period the nearby roads can reach gridlock for long periods so bus is unreliable. Be sure to have contact number of hotel with you as there are extensive repairs under way to several nearby Rail Stations. You are likely to end up at Vica Quensa (as we did after following directions from hotel desk staff). This is the next station and from here there is no Bus or Taxi service and the only option is to ask the hotel to call a taxi for you which costs you about 12 euro. Aside from position issues there was also a problem with the limited choice between only 4 mains etc. This menu did not change at all for the 4 days we were there.
