our recent honeymoon stay in schwerin was absolutely amazing. best western truly exceeded our expectations with their friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and stunning views of the castle and schelfkirche from our balcony. it was truly a relaxing and memorable experience.

Hotel is located next to the railroad track (main ice connection), even with windows closed sleeping is profound disturbed, when I booked my room I choose so called city side (alternative lake side), as an former Schwerin local I know in which direction the city centre is located, turned out city side is railroad and main street side, feel cheated, will not stay in this hotel again

Room was clean and big. Air-condition worked well. Bathroom and shower was also excellent. We had a dinner at the restaurant - food was excellent and the wine list had good coverage.

At the dinner we waited a quite long time for our aperitive-beers and the wine which we ordered came just a second before the main course even the wine needed quite a long time to open before enjoying.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a good area close to main attractions and facing a beautiful lake. The hotel itself was top-quality, offering luxurious and spacious rooms with stunning interiors. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel also offered a range of amenities including room service, laundry, and a fitness studio. We particularly enjoyed the sun terrace and sauna facilities. The overall ambience of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Plaza Premium Schwerin Sure Hotel Collection By Best Western is conveniently located near the famous Schwerin Castle and the historic center. The red brick-building designed in the shape of a ship adds a unique touch, showcasing the tradition of exploration and the Hanse tradition. We also enjoyed the nearby hiking and biking trails, allowing us to explore the great outdoors. the hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with easy access to the city's attractions.

My children wanted to have more activities for families with children.

Hotel is situated next to the railroad gauges, so it is a little bit loud.We had to have our windows closed in the night.

the hotel was excellent in all ways. The majority of staff could speak English and they answered every query by email promptly before my visit, and were very attentive and pleasant during it.Nothing was too much trouble for them. I did not want to leave.I booked a standard room which was large and luxury and there was always hot water. The hotel is sited opposite a late. The quality of the food was very professional and enjoyable. It was the best hotel I have stayed in. The owner was very pleasant and a real gentleman. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but it's located in a nice area close to the castle. However, it's not close to any good restaurants or bars. The room was quite spacious, but the bed was too soft and made us uncomfortable. The bathroom was outdated and not very clean, which was a disappointment. There was supposed to be a restaurant at the hotel, but it was closed during our stay. The staff was friendly, but not very efficient. Breakfast was decent, but not worth the extra cost.

Our room faced a busy traffic and train track, and it was extremely loud even with closed windows.

The hotel had a lovely and elegant decoration, with beautiful paintings and furniture throughout. It had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for senior people like me. The general areas were spacious and well-kept, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel. I especially enjoyed sitting in the lobby and admiring the view of the lake.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. The children working there could have been more attentive and considerate towards older individuals, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was spacious and had both a shower and a bathtub. The staff was also very helpful and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. In addition, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which allowed me to easily walk to the town centre in just 20 minutes or use public transportation to get around. There were also several restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a beautiful castle right across the street. Finally, I found that the hotel's facilities, including the parking garage and breakfast, were top-notch and added to the overall value of my stay.
