We only had a few day stay, but the staff was very nice and helpful. I had ordered breakfast in the room. I was not aware of the breakfast deal was to be in the dinning area. I talked to the manager, he said that it would be fine. I believe the manager handled the matter very well. Oh, one other thing. I'm not sure if they may have been short staffed. Because I noticed some of the same employees earlier doing another job. I could not believe a team of employee's working together so well. They seem to jump in where needed. I was a manager of a small store years ago, and I know how hard it is to find a good group of people, and willing to help one another. Desk staff was friendly.

Noise--an ice machine in the hallway was very noisy and never cut off. The air conditioners was noisy and dirty. I also do not appreciate the "new" strategy of hotels of courtesy talk. Upon leaving you are asked, "how was you stay". They really only want you to say "fine" because if you say there was a problem, the desk clerk appears annoyed. This has happened on more than one occasion in recent stays in hotels. In my opinion it is better to not ask then to be fake.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was good and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.

We only stayed for one night therefore did not really have time to assess fully. There was a slight misunderstanding on checking in but other than that and on what we saw it was very good.

The front desk staff was very courteous and professional. Impressed with the staff, disappointed with the hotel. Convenient location for my business meetings.

Extremely outdated. Needs to be refurbished. Mattress quality on bed was poor. Still using conventional TV's as compared to flat screens? Could not find a vending machine with water in stock

The proximity to our family.

There were roaches in the bathroom the first night we stayed. After that first night, didn't see anymore, but still------ Also at checkin instead of letting us know that there was a much more convenient entrance next to our room, let my limping husband and me push loaded carts down an extremely long hall. Finally, our room was located next to the elevators and amidst meeting rooms which because it was Thanksgiving weekend was not a problem until Friday night. In any case, it was not the greatest and we will not stay there again.

The food in the grill was good. The front desk staff were friendly.

I did not like the location. You could not walk anywhere. The heater in my room did not work so I had to move. The hotel is very dated and needs a facelift. There was no staff in the restaurant in the morning when I went in for breakfast. The front desk staff had to call into the kitchen.

Staff was great and hotel was quite.

Overpriced, not matching advertisement. Dirty swimming pool area, whirlpool not working.

Coming from New York after 3 days the hotel was far superior and less than half the room rate than the one we stayed at in NY. Staff were also helpful when we arrived and when we left.
