Wonderful fairly clean hotel with patient staff who made the stay a really nice experience. Lovely building and well-appointed rooms with free breakfast included.

Absolutely perfect and nice location adjacent to restaurants and the American Civil War Museum, James River Park, and the State Capital and business district with lots of construction, marvellous views.

The beds were amazing and overall the room was updated & a nice size. The room had a modern design. The location was ideal, a 10-15 minute walk from Tredegar Iron Works.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

Proactive staff members are from the valets to the desk clerks and housekeepers. The location is in an unbeatable and magnificent spot within walking distance of everything. And it's nestled in a beautiful building next to a restaurant called Lunch or Supper, and walkable to food.

The beds were comfy and the room had a big window with a river view. The staff, from shuttle drivers to bartender, were super nice. The self-parking was convenient and the location was good for exploring and eating out.
