  For dogs and kids, 's a nice place, comfortable beds, great food and fast, friendly service. Good choice.

  I am glad that i booked only one night at a low rate on booked, desk staff were much less than helpful.

  The drive into Asheville is quick and the photos on the hotel website are accurate. The lobby is very nice, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bar is great and the food here is just ‘ok’.

  Great location and happy Asheville Memories. Convenient to downtown, a short drive to Biltmore house and the front lobby is very inviting. The beds are wonderful, the restaurant is nice for mourning breakfast and workout facility are remarkable.

  The business center was very convenient, and was available each time we needed to use, the toilet paper was a very cheap quality. Exterior near main entrance was pretty and welcoming, the staff were curteous and helpful. The bathroom was very clean and the mattress was probably the best I have EVER slept on, was incredible. Food were all wonderful, the Bier Garden was good as well.

  The front desk clerk was friendly and got us a better view room, the hotel was nice, nice soft fluffy beds, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The furniture was lovely, the linens and pillows were fresh, clean, and very comfortable, food arrived on time and was hot. Workout facilities were excellent.

  Nice place to stay and our room was super far from the lobby, second floor. The staff were extrememly friendly, the bedding was beautiful and very comfortable, food was good and everything was prepared as ordered.

  Family friendly and value, the helpful staff. Nice touches in the rooms, bar/Lounge looked very appealing and cozy, the mattresses are great.

  Next hotel, best western and no odors, excellent housekeeping, helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast selections were fantastic. Our waiter was friendly.

  Most of the hotel looked nice, great service and very attentive, we purchased breakfast we booked the room and the buffet was very good. The food was fresh and relatively speedy given 's complexity.
