Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal - 奥兰多

The location is excellent, close to I-drive, Universal, Wet'n'wild etc.

It's location is close to Sea World, Universal attractions.

Very nice hotel and the location was central and close to the Interstate.

Taxi to Universal studios costs approx $8 ( had 3 taxis there, cost 3 different prices ).

Oh and it cost about $35 for a cab to the hotel from the airport.

I had booked the suite with King bed and he was given a standard double room that didn't even have a bathtub.

It is a 5 minute walk from International Drive and you are spoilt for choice with American Diners etc, the rooms are equiped with a huge bed, sofa's, chairs, cable tv, fridge (maybe not all rooms) and a good size bathroom.

The room itself had a Queen Size bed, widescreen tv and a perfectly sized bathroom.

In our room the air conditioning unit is right alongside the bed and is incredibly loud-It's no good having wonderful beds if you can't sleep.

The room was imacculate, cleaned daily and as most people have said, the beds were the most comfortable we have evey slept in, quite disappointed coming home to my own bed after sleeping in these.

The bar & restaurant were superb with attentive staff; breakfast whilst a little pricey was excellent with a great selection of hot & cold food.

We never had a meal in the main restaurant but did eat a few times in the bar, the food was very tasty and well priced.

Not sure what the Restaurant/bar is like as I didn't use them, but I hear the breakfast buffet is nice, bit pricey.

I had to leave the restaurant/lounge early to go back to the room to take care of a sick child the wait staff in the bar took care of packaging our food to go and brought it up to our room.

We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and the food was mediocre at best.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the Concierge and Reception staff who were extremely helpful both in terms of advising about the free shuttle services to Disney/Universal and explaining the best places to eat/visit.

Staff were very helpful, concierge team were brilliant giveing excellent advice and the room service was fast and friendly.

Free parking, great pool and hot tub, fun game room and an awesome fitness center that overlooks the pool area.

Most people want to use the glass lift in the atrium so you might have to wait a minute or so however there is another set of lifts/elevators just off the corridor which if you are in a hurry can be used.

Pool and gym is available, excellent breakfast and everything tip top in shape.

5 star hotel, my final bill was processed and was slid under the door along with the morning paper NO complementary WIRELESS INTERNET-a really big negative.

The hotels in the area including the Comfort Inn across the street had free wireless access which I saw when I powered on my laptop.

The hotel is spotless, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are always immaculately clean.

The housekeeping staff work really hard to keep your room fresh and clean and are very friendly and polite.

Rooms were very clean,hotel is six years old but looks brand new ,with everything fresh and new looking.

The rooms are very clean, spacious and updated.

Rooms were immaculate, couldn't fault housekeeping, hotel was really clean and a great base for Florida, and lets be honest, is Florida really the sort of place you stay in your hotel for 2 weeks - I think not!
