I chose Mercure for its proximity to Kenya National Museum, a landmark I wanted to visit. However, the quick transfer to the airport without the hassles of security entering the airport pleasantly surprised me. The dedicated staff made my stay truly unique. Moreover, the hotel's ideal location next to a mall provided an excellent shopping and dining experience within the vicinity.

Other areas of Mercure tired.

This hotel was wonderful! Room was comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping on top of everything. Front desk staff VERY helpful and accommodating. Gift shop fun!!! I loved this hotel!!!

Nothing!

No night slept through because of noise in the backyard.at 22 o'clock there is already no more coffee.only 1 lift, time from the 5th floor to the lobby up to 10 minutes.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Nairobi for a business trip. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. They went above and beyond by decorating our room with roses since it was our first night together as newlyweds. They also allowed us a late checkout time of 2 PM. The gym, pool, sauna, and spa were great, and the chef customized the buffet based on guests' names. a convenient and enjoyable stay!

Impeccable service and delicious food

I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and delicious food at Mercure. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The Baraka Restaurant offered a wide variety of delectable options, and the attentive waiting staff made my dining experience truly exceptional. The highlight of my stay was watching Chef Samuel prepare a mouthwatering chicken & shredded vegetable curry – it was absolutely stunning. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I'll definitely be returning to Mercure when I visit Nairobi again.

Uncomfortable bed and disappointing pillows.

I had an amazing stay in this city. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, even finding and providing a plug adapter free of charge. The location in the business area was perfect for my needs, and I appreciated being able to easily visit the national park. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a great gym and pool, as well as a spa and sauna. The Alabaster restaurant had an excellent chef who even personalized the buffet based on the guests' names. this hotel was incredibly clean and had a great staff.

Located in the buzzing business area, this hotel provides an ideal stay for those taking off early. Exceptional service is complemented by spacious rooms, tasteful meals, a well-stocked minibar, and a great gym/lap pool. Guests can savor the best of African cuisine in the Sikia restaurant and experience some stunning views of the city skyline. The breakfast and club happy hour are worth mentioning too, and the staff’s professionalism, friendliness, and warmth make the stay truly memorable.

The outdoor lounge area needs further improvement.
