Great location close to cute shops and restaurants, plus easy access to taxis. The breakfast here is top-notch and super tasty. Also, you can easily walk to a Market square nearby! 🌟

Appreciated this nice stay at this hotel and in the town. Everything was great, magnificent location very close to Market Square, the staff were accommodating. Had impeccably clean room with a great view and wake-up service was available in it. Central heating, TV and a refrigerator were available here. The location was unbeatable and convenient for walking around a Market square.

The hotel's location is incredible and stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from Knoxville Museum of Art. It is within walking distance to a nice market and a market across the street. The building and rooms are beautiful, with comfy beds.

All the staff was were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Very convenient location for walking to the square.

The breakfast buffet was a bit of a disappointment. The covers over the food were very clunky to take on and off. To try and hold your plate, take the cover off and serve the food was a little awkward. And because the covers were left on entire time the eggs were way over done and a little rubbery. My suggestion is to get covers with hinge in the middle so it can be left partially open. Until that occurs, I would just order off menu.

The staff at this hotel is top-class and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel is kept spotless. The venue is silent and upscale, with a central setting convenient to everything in downtown. I enjoyed having brunch at the Preservation Pub, which is located nearby.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights over the Christmas holiday and really enjoyed the pet-friendly policy, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds.

The staff at Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University were super friendly and outstandingly accommodating. They provided excellent service, including an early check-in and onsite parking. The hotel also had good wifi. The central location was great, close to the railroad, trucks unloading, Market Square for shopping and dining. It was within walking distance to a refurbished historic movie palace.

The room here was clean and well-furnished, the beds were comfortable, and I had a great time; the location near restaurants and bars was fantastic.

Ideal location to visit the town, less than a five minute walk. Nice hotel and room. Good parking.

Lifts were appalling, only two very slow and they broke down twice during our two night stay. The chambermaid arrived just before we were going out, so we asked her to come back shortly. She never came back, even though we told her as we left. We eventually had our room cleaned but the front desk staff agreed with them as "they had a lot to do"

Nothing really but the location for what I was in town for. The building didn't have visible dirt around the smell in the air wasn't pleasant and clean smelling. it smells old.

My room was stinking like meadow, and musty. It was in the air conditioning. I don't give 3.3 stars. The building is clearly old and some things need updating. the smell in the whole place wasn't pleasant. The front desk staff not very friendly, almost rude. The system calculate score based on answer to your questions and I gave all sad faces so not sure how they come up with 3.3 stars.
