Central Location, the hotel is good value.
I would certainly stay here again as the location was perfect.
The location is convenient - you can walk in any direction and find much to see.
We really liked the location, the old town - is easy to walk everywhere and the central areas of the hotel are nicely appointed and updated.
The hotel is about a $70 cab ( 50 Euro ) ride from the airport.
The Crowne Plaza in Wiesbaden is right outside the downtown walking area, and has overpriced underground parking.
The room had a sofa and desk as well as the double bed, fridge and really everything I could need.
The room was about average for a German Hotel, but for a gold member of the priority club I was to get an upgrade, if I did I would hate to see the regular rooms.
They provided complimentary fresh fruit and bottled water in the room upon arrival.
Friendly staff, generous sized room and the breakfast was a wide selection.
I found it a warm, charming, friendly place to stay with absolutely great food and 24-hour-a-day room service!
There is a small hotel bar named Tiffany's, and the breakfast is pretty good, sort of American buffet style.
The American-style buffet breakfast was a nice bonus for us as well.
Both the bar and the dining room service was fast and efficient.
So if you are a breakfast person, it might be worth getting a rate that includes breakfast.
Nearby (1 block walk) I found an excellent italian restaurant - La Forchetta - see review elsewhere.
We were throughly impressed with the service and friendliness of the hotel staff.
The staff for the most part was friendly but at times a bit abrupt, and customer service was not something they have gotten yet.
The staff treats a regular patron like a VIP.
Good accessibility to the city and hotel staff was very nice.
The pool, gym and sauna are small but well maintained and were very quiet when we were there.
There is a small pool in basement along with sauna and excercise room.
1) Find cheaper parking than the hotel (€18 per day seemed stiff to me);.
The rooms are clean, with small refrigerators and coffee-making things.
The friendly staff, nice clean room and indeed very good breakfast.
The service was excellent, the room was clean.
The room is a fairly nice size and is indeed clean!
