    Best location (right across from the mall and near the metro station!

    When we return to the room on the first day, the room had not received service.

    But one problem was that the sink faucet didn't have cold water and the shower head was a little wimpy.

    We called down for service and the housekeeper simply brought up some towels.

    When we insisted upon the complete service, they did so reluctantly.

    O'Malley's Pub staff is not very friendly.

    Upon arrival we discovered they did not have the reservations correct.

    The clerk changed the original reservation and had us checking out a day early.
