For the price, it was worth it compared to the prices of the other hotels on or near the Magnificent Mile.
With so many great places to eat within walking distance it seemed silly to spend the money the hotel prices reflected.
If you are looking for a clean, central location with an affordable price, I highly recommend this hotel.
Best of all, the price is MUCH better than comparable hotels in the same area!
The location of this hotel is prime for shopping at The Magnificent Mile, and very close to public transportation.

We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast, it was a little pricey but very tasty.
Elevator to either floor 2, restaurant/bar or 3, the lobby/check in/out.
The Tap on Two was closed for renovations, and the bar and restaurant had been shoe-horned into the Lobby area.
When I asked for a restauraunt seat I was advised instead to try the bar, and the next day when I asked to order certain breakfast items I was told to "have the buffet" instead!
Do not bother with the restaurant/bar with all of the other great Chicago places so close.

Like other reviewers, also were a bit confused by the various sets of elevators in the hotel, and on one occasion, we waited nearly 10 mins for a lift to arrive on our floor to take us down to the lobby.
The small elevators are forgotten when you realize you have 5, extremely fast, elevator cars.
Not so good--the lobby is on the third floor and there are only two elevators to get there, whereupon you have to board another set of elevators to get to your room.
95 a day but when I opened my laptop I found no fewer than five free wi-fi channels available.
They were going to charge me for internet access, however I checked my wireless and found that I could pick up a signal free of charge.
