In conclusion I think it is a very nice hotel for the price, perhaps there is better but without actually staying in every hotel in Tel Aviv we will probably never know.
The location is right on the beach and there's good access to the major highway.
This hotel is very clean, very modern and has a an amazing location ( right on the beach).
Fabulous location and service excellent and responsive.
Best location in Tel Aviv and the hotel was very clean.
Sleep in your car or a bus station, but do not stay in this hotel.
This is a suite and has two full rooms and bathrooms as well as a lounge with optional roll out bed.
We had booked 2 rooms but got a 2-bed suite which was lovely; spacious, clean and just what a family needs.
When we were given a new room, an upgrade, we found water leaking out of the bathroom light fixtures.
We booked two deluxe suites and took the time to request high up rooms away from the road in advance.
THEY ARE BUSY WITH RENOVATIONS AND THEY "UPGRADED" US TO THE VERY END OF THE BUILDING SUITE 401+403(WE HAVE 2 CHILDREN AND NEED 2 ROOMS)JUST THERE WHERE THEY DRILL AND KNOCK FROM 7.
The sushi restaurant and buffet breakfast are excellent and the food is always very fresh.
They gave priority to a group they had in so for each breakfast we were consigned to a dingy ballroom instead of the pleasant restaurant.
The staff and food at the hotel restaurant were great.
The restaurant was very good they had great Business Lunch.
Excellent breakfast buffet and lovely spa.
Apart from the initial tiff, staff were friendly and the concierge was especially good and the hotel isn't expensive by Tel Aviv standards.
The hotel staff, from the front desk to the bellmen, is horrible.
At check-in the front desk informed me that our reservation was cancelled, and blamed me for the problem.
The view from the window was good - overlooking the beach and reception stuff was great.
The gym closes in the early afternoon and you have to pay extra for it together if you want to use the sauna, the Jaccuzi is dirty and the pool area is not clean either.
But the hotel looks and feels a bit tired and the pool is pretty average, as is the local environment around the hotel itself.
In my latest stay, even daily housekeeping was bad.
Lovely obliging staff, rooms clean and good breakfast.
Views magnificent, very attentive service and clean room.
The room was great, well laid out and clean eneough.
