        • By car: From Airport take Loop 410 East to Nacogdoches (Exit # 23), take the turnaround and the hotel is on the right.

        • Free shuttle from and to the airport is provided.

        Bergstrom International Airport is within 120km from the hotel.

        • By car: Take I-35 South to Loop 410 East. Exit Harry Wurzbach (Exit # 24). Stay on the Access Road through Nacogdoches. The hotel will be on your right hand side.

        Amtrak Train Station is about 16km from the hotel.

        • Room decor is upscale and sophisticated - Wireless in the guest rooms is free - Carpet was very dirty

        • Staff was nice enough - Beds the most comfortable - Mall is nearby - Pool looked great

          Great location and staff, nice Whole Foods store just down the interstate. The hotels are always clean, comfortable and the extra fee was only $1.50 is impressive and the 20% tip was already added. The customer service could have been a lot better, the bed linens generally clean appeared to be well used and the pillows are amazing. The free breakfast is not free.

          The elevators take too long and ice machine broken on 10th floor.

          The premises are lovely and as far as the hotel goes is was just very standard. The staff is always courteous and professional, the rooms are very nice, food prices in the restaurant are reasonable.

          Gym area was adequate, hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and has been trained well in customer service. The beds were very comfortable, elevators were fast and breakfast buffet was very good. I'm picky about wine and i was able to get one that satisfied me, the concierge was great, the outside pool was listed as heated.

          Convenient location and nice Place. Staff were very friendly and at just that time, another employee came on duty. The bed was wonderful.

          One of the elevators were broken and we had to wait forever to get up and down, one pillow case was stained and should have been discarded, the service was slow in the restaurant. The pool was quite small.
