  Super view super service and taxis are always available. Beautiful place and cheap off season too, same as free complimentary safe deposit boxes in the lobby, riverside esplanade and handicraft shops is just walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful, bathrooms are clean, food is wonderful, breakfast is the best of anywhere I have stayed.

  The concierge is not set up for leisure traveler's and the facility is very very old.

  Taxis are always available waiting outside, location is central and etc. The sister hotel is just opposite. Staff are courteous and helpful, spacious room to accommodate our family, restaurant is superb. The facilities are great.

  Nice city views from the upper floors and good value. The reception staff were friendly, our room had two double beds and a baby cot and did not feel crowded, the toilet was clean. Fast food restaurants were also close by, pool was large.

  Nice views of the river from the river view rooms, reasonable hotel and the staff, particularly in the Cafe, were very friendly professional. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast buffet was superb. The seafood was really good and we went there for 2 consecutive nights.

  Great location near the start of the Kuching waterfront district, very nice hotel close to city centre and the staff is super helpful, polite and have a sense of humour. The rooms are fine, the Concierge could not have been more friendly and helpful, the leisure facilities are adequate rather than good.

  Rooms are excellent and the picture windows have lovely views of Kuching and the river, the hotel is right in the center of town in a great location. Staff are friendly.

  Just up the road to the right are more shopping and eating centres, Chinese restaurant in hotel is pretty good. The staff are friendly especially the front desk.

  A very good hotel lived up to expectations, fantastic staff and our bedroom was nice and spacious. The buffet breakfast was extensive and tasty and worth the money.

  The hotel is just next to a shopping centre and across is the riverfront, service definitely needs to be improved.
