loved puebla, the hotel was luxury and incredibly beautiful in the middle of jackson. the bed was great, and overall the room was attractive and big size. as for me, the location was incredible, next to the town centre with nothing to do in the area and a taxi and city center. my stay here was very pleasant.

The rooms are attractive and fairly quiet with breakfast included. The setting is INCREDIBLE and marvellous, so close to the town centre as well as Puebla for three weeks during the COVID19 pandemic. The place to order lunch at walking distance from the hotel is Pasta to Go.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Despite a few minor issues with the pool and shower, our overall experience at Intercontinental was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
