The pool area looked awesome, the service throughout the hotel was courteous and helpful, front Desk staff was great.
Entering the lobby was like walking into an exotic getaway, the front desk staff was very helpful and the room was spotless.
A beautiful hotel located close to downtown Palo Alto, the rooms are nicely appointed and the breakfast is good.

Mineta San Jose International Airport is about 17.6km away from the residence.

From San Jose Airport drive straight toward 101 North Road, turn right onto Airport Parkway and then turn right onto Old Bayshore Highway, later turn left onto northern 1st street, enter 101 North Road and move straight for about 17km, exit San Antonio road and turn left out of the exit towards Los Altos, follow the signs to San Antonio for 5km and turn right onto El Camino Real, the hotel is three traffic lights down on the left hand side.

Great location and unforgettable Stay. I returned to the lobby and just sat there, the front desk staff were very helpful, receptionist was pleasant accommodating and delightful. Internet access was complimentary, the bar was also inviting and well stocked.

Area shuttle is very useful as i do not drive and a beautiful hotel located close to downtown Palo Alto. The lobby, bar, conference rooms are all very nice and bed and down comforter very comfy. The restaurant staff is excellent.
