Airport Seeb is in 31.3km.

From the airport:

• Go to Al Sultan Qaboos Street and continue straight, then turn left to the 40 Street. At the roundabout take the first right to stay at Al Inshirah Str. and after that change to Al Quim Heights Road, turn left to stay at the As Seeb Street (01) and change it to Al Mina’a Street. Go straight and in Mutrah turn left to the 8th Street and Al Bahri Road. Go straight till reaching the hotel.

  Good location near central Muscat and muttrah, a disappointing stay. Friendly staff all round, · decent bathrooms and much better restaurant choices at the Intercont. Lovely pool facilties.

  Pool and beach area clean, tidy and welcoming, excellent value. The staff were pleasant.

  Food trolies were too big to come all the way into the room, unfortunately the breakfast did not arrive, not even after two phonecalls.

  The beach is one of the best features of this hotel and the reception staff are excellent.

  The pool area is in need of refurbishment and looks a little old fashioned, food and drinks are not cheap.

  The pool was nice and there was access to a beach, room was very comfortable after we upgraded to sea view and club member, i must say, this stay was better than the previous two. The staff were very helpful, balcony was small and consisted of just two plastic chairs, breakfast buffet was enormous as well as the dinner buffet.

  The pool was good and the private beach was cosy and exclusive, room was nice and spacious, nice views overlooking the sea, the service was excellent the entire stay. Staff were very friendly, food was great.

  Beautiful view, nice hotel and the wonderful attitude of the staff. Comfortable room and overall a good social bar. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was great as was the gym.
