  Friendly, fun, humorous staff and clean rooms.

  Not a nice place and also the bathtub had been patched up and looked disgusting. The coffee pot carafe had a jagged broken edge, the pool was FREEZING.

  Nearby the lovely shopping and dining of arbor lakes, central location, the hotel room was clean, bright and comfortable. The hot tub was smaller than most home spas and the lobby bar was nice. The staff were excellent and employees were neatly dressed and seemed sincere in welcoming us. The bed was absolutely heavenly, the restaurant was also very good and had great service, the pool was warm and enjoyable.

  All in all, good location, nice staff and good pool for kids too, beautiful Hotel. Great customer service and room was clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

  That meant city light pollution coming in the window all evening and nice Hotel. Good for the price, courteous Staff and the newly renovated guestrooms were awesome.

  Excellent gateway from nw Minneapolis, the lobby area is very nice and i am always impressed by friendly and helpful the service is at the crowne plaza. The beds are heavenly.

  Fitness center is old and outdated, not worth the money that you spend AT ALL. A mini fridge would have been a good addition.

  The hotel restaurant and bar are well stocked and the pool was great for the family, the bathroom is nice too and very spacious, always very clean. The buffet is fresh.
