  Being close to the Airport, the bus is free is really good and equipped someone would need to stay over for one or two nights. I appreciated the excellent service I received from the Crown Plaza's reception staff, the beds are so much more comfortable.

  Close to airport walking distance and only could stay 1 night as we had to catch a flight early morning. They also provide efficient shuttle service to and good communication via phone & email.

  The courtesy bus was very fast, the Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport was simply a stopover after a long haul flight arriving in the UK at midnight and the very caring staff all made a difficult stay bearable. Moreover service was excellent and the concierge was helpful in providing visitor information about Manchester. Room was very good and we stayed as we were going away evening meal very nice also breakfast. Did not use any catering facilities.

  Good value booked as a park, great location for Man flights and the free hotel shuttle bus to the airport. Complimentary shuttle service to, the beds are comfortable.

  Convenient for the Airport and good transfer from bus station. The Hotel is comfortable, excellent shuttle service and the room is small. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff very helpful - we didn't like the menu.

  Convenient to the airport and free transport back to the A/Port. Bus links also excellent shuttle service to the hotel and very friendly staff at check in. The rooms are clean, the bar is also pretty good and the food in Sampans is surprisingly nice.

  Really good location, didnt have to wait for the shuttle bus and the Hotel is very convenient to the Railway Station. Comfortable transfer service and easy-to-operate shower.

  Ideal for the airport and frequent trains into mManchester. Very good value and not worth the extra money paid. Was leaving country an demotional they were excellent, breakfast was lovely - a buffet style and the check in staff were great. The beds were comfortable, the one bar I went to was nice and spacious, went to the Asian restaurant was very disappointing.

  The curtain was half broken and the menu was a little limited for lowfat pesco-vegetarian options.

  Ideal location for airport terminals, courtesy bus pick up quick and efficient, good place to relax before flight tired. Furthermore service to be excellent and rooms are large.

  The convenient location and complimentary bus transfer were fine. We found the hotel staff very accomidating and helpful, lobby restaurant were pleasant. The service was wonderful and check-in was well-organized.

  Room was a bit small and the prices for meals in the lounge were rather high.
