Crowne Plaza Hotel Madison-East Towne - 麦迪逊

The location is great if you're shopping near the East side of Madison and not far from the capital.

Even with these two things, I continue to stay there because I feel it's a good value for what is offered, love the staff, excercise and pool areas and the location off the interstate.

For travelers who are looking for a place to stay overnight near the highway, this one is great because of its reasonable price and location just three or four blocks due west of the interchange.

Even arriving at 1130pm, the shuttle bus from the airport arrived within 7 minutes of calling the hotel so no hanging around, then in the morning a free taxi was arranged to take me to my business meeting.

However, when I called for this service at the airport, I was put on hold for a long time and finally gave up and took a cab.

Got 3 smoking rooms, one with hair in the sink, another one with an inch of water on the bathroom floor, another smelled like someone was just smoking in it, drain broken in bath tub.

When we arrived to room, room had stains on carpet, dust appeared in window sills, bathroom unsanitary, for the most a very unpresentable room and cannot believe they sell these rooms.

Our room was beautiful; the bed was very comfortable.

First the good, the hotel is very clean, nicely furnished rooms, comfy bed with nice pillows---a rarety in most hotels, usually you are lucky to get a comfy bed, but nice pillows was a plus.

I thought the room was a bit overpriced for the area (I'm sure it's partly due to the fact that they have a restaurant/bar onsite).

The restaurant was always empty but i thought why not--very good service and the food was excellent.

Our room was on the 6th floor which was a private floor that entitled us to use a lounge area where they had light snacks in the evening and continental breakfast in the morning.

The staff was extremely polite, the new bedding package was great and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Breakfast buffet/area was really nice and the staff at the hotel was so courteous.

Service is consistently wonderful by the staff and the new Crowne Plaza beds are quite comfortable.

We selected this hotel because of its location--very convenient to the Interstate, efficient - the staff very nice and welcoming, our room looked over an indoor heated pool as well as a spa.

The lobby is bright and airy with the pool in view through a wall of glass.

Thus ensuring me a wonderful stay, free wi-fi and nice shampoo/lotion/soaps.

The hotel is clean and we used the hot tub just off the lobby.

Everything was clean and the beds seemed new.

The hotel was clearly newly renovated and is in excellent condition especially in the rooms which are large, clean and very comfortable.
