  Location is great for kids, the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, overall, the decor is elegant, and the venue was pleasant. The lobby is very nice and service is always courteous and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious, better choices are only a block away.

  Good business center, nice hotel and great price. The staff were very courteous, the water was warm and the pool was large enough that was enjoyable, also, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Restaurant service was excellent.

  The convenience to the airport and Freedom Hall for events is great, hotel location is perfect, the lobby is nice and decorated well for Christmas. Staff is friendly and efficient, rooms are clean.

  The location to the airport and expo center is great, as is just a few minutes away, the hotel is pretty big, front desk clerks are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated and the pool is nice.

  The airport is right there and the free shuttle is convenient, very nice clean place and has a great resturant, debbie at the front desk is the best. The rooms are large and comfortable.

  The rooms were nicely appointed and the lobby nice, each staff member I met during my 5 day stay was very helpful, the front desk service was GREAT. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the buffet was excellent and the catfish dinner was super. The pool was beautiful, too bad we didn't have enough time to enjoy.

  The lobby did not reassure me that i was moving into a decent hotel, service in general was good and wonderful shower and the room was very clean. The breakfast buffet in the morning was well worth the price.
